Returns, exchanges & alterations

Because every suit from Zoey’s Bikinis is made-to-order and worn as an intimate garment, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, your comfort and fit means everything to us! If your piece isn't fitting quite right, we are happy to offer free alterations or exchange options under the conditions below:

1. Free Alterations

If your suit needs a slight adjustment for the perfect fit (e.g., tightening a strap or adjusting a band), alterations are completely free!

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order.

For local clients, we can arrange a drop-off/pickup for adjustments.

Note: For international clients requesting alterations, return and reshipping postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.

2. Size Exchanges ($20 USD Fee)

If you need to swap your suit for a completely different size, we offer exchanges for a $20 USD remaking fee per piece to cover processing and material costs.

Items must be in unworn, unwashed and in pristine condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Clients are responsible for any return shipping or delivery fees associated with the exchange.
